Our Cabooses today!
The photo above shows all five finished cabooses on the rails that we laid in 1986. From a distance,
a traveler can see "Caboose Alley," and they know they are on the right track.
The photos below are interior shots that were taken by local media and family members.
All cabooses are equipped with a shower, bathroom, seating, cable TV, telephone, two upper berths
(original sleepers), one single and one double bed for lower berths. Four of our cabooses will sleep five
people and one will sleep six. There are logbooks in each caboose that can be written in by our customers.
Many travelers have found a great deal of pleasure reading through these logs and contributing to them.
Each room has a volume-controlled speaker that emulates train sounds. Each unit has controls for its own
A/C and heat.
